"The only thing we can do is try. Even I can step on a twig with my fuzzy feet and make a noise. If we fail, and they are alerted and become hostile, we just have to deal with it. It probably benefits them more than us for them not to notice us. We'll all stay hidden. I'll use my mage hand to open or jiggle the door handle. If they don't venture out, I'll make a run for it, so that they can see me and then, hopefully, one of them tries to catch me. Sound like a plan?"
"Quiet is not as necessary, I would offer. Let some of you be in a place for an ambush, Lingo closer, doing his tricks. Myself farther away, yet in view. I run, they chase, right into the ambush. Though we might get more of them, than just one or two to investigate a small disturbance.
"We also can set the ambush in such a way as to not have to sneak so close, but that depends upon your choices."
"Unless someone has a better plan that 'waiting' for them to come to us ... personally I don't see the need to rush into this ... and we have to do this now, I guess you are leading this expedition Lingo."
The cleric did not think this was the best of possible plans but, since it was more than she had thought of and the others seemed to be coming to agreement, she frowned and nodded her reluctant agreement.
The decision having been made, he leads the others towards the building and helps position them somewhere that they can see the building but not be seen.
OOC: Zeim, I'll let you set up a combat config. Do you want to do a roll20 thingy so that we can move our tokens?
(OOC - No need, unless you plan to charge into the building and slaughter them?)

The party hides from view. All except for Luminmorn who stands a few yards away, but in view of anyone inside the building. Lingo, from hiding, uses his Mage Hand to knock on the door.
He acts like he is moving quietly and is unaware of being spotted. He then moves away out of sight, without too much speed, as he is the bait for the hunt.
He has his bow ready ... he doesn't want to 'assassinate' anyone out of hand without some provocation, but he does plan to cover Luminmorn ... if the plan plays out.
He has already flexed his fingers, loosening them for his spellcraft and has his materials at hand. Hopefully he will be able to sleep them and not have to draw blood.
As the door cracks open there is a slight tug on it that startles the man holding it, but does not pull it from his grasp (Mage Hand can only can exert 10 pounds of force).
His startlement is short lived, however, as he sees Luminmorn. He turns and seemingly calls something back to others inside and after a brief moment he leaves the building and begins to trot in the direction he saw Luminmorn go. The door closes behind him and one of the window shutters cracks open.
With no weapon in sight at the moment, he is willing to hold fire, but continues to cover the man. "Someone should continue watching the door", he whispered.
He stands in the shadows, watching the man that came out. He really needs to save his sleep spell for a larger group of opponents and not a single man and so he waits, trusting in his friends to deal with the lone man.
Luminmorn continues to lead the man towards where the group is hiding. Those watching the building see no one else emerging, although it appears someone is watching thru the shuttered windows.
"You there! Stop! I want to talk to you!" The man shouts as he begins to sprint to try to catch the Dragonborn.
Turning the corner, the man suddenly catches sight of the party hiding behind a building and some bushes and he comes to a skidding halt, eyes opening in surprise.
He stops running and turns "what is it I can do for you?" He offers in a low pitched voice. "Oh and I have a couple of questions for you as well." His weapons are not out, nor is has he put his claws on them. He is trying to appear friendly and less threatening. However he will act if necessary.
The man stops still as the bow swings to point at him. He gulps, saying, "We're here to treat with the Dragon". And as if making that statement gives him more courage he stands a bit straighter.
That comment made him reach for the pommel of his weapon, Talon. He rested one clawed hand there, not pulling it yet. But any one dealing with an evil dragon, that would be trouble.
While some of the others are focused on the lone man, Balthazar keeps his attention on the building that the man came from for any signs of them leaving and swinging around to try and trap them.
