Balthazar takes a step back, putting his back up against the better maintained building across the road. He fires a Bolt of Fire at one of the Plant Monsters, but misses. His Fire Bolt lands a midst the webs and quickly burns away a section of them. (Ken - Please make a Perception check for Balthazar)
Bern moves towards Ryssa, drawing his rapier, and slashes at two of the plant monsters, striking and killing one of them.
Ryssa tries to strike at one of the one stiff slashing at her, but she misses them.
Lingo steps out from behind Ryssa and stabs one of the creatures (#7), and it crumbles to the ground. He quickly steps back behind the cleric to hide.
Two of the Twig Blights still struggling in the Webs manage to break free. One charges at Balthazar and the other moves towards Luminmorn.

As Balthazar puts his back to the building behind him (#4) and fires at the Twig Blight attacking him, he hears a sound from inside the building. It sounds like a chair scraping on a wooden floor.
Several more of the Twig Blights die from attacks by Bern, Ryssa, and Luminmorn. However Lingo and Balthazar both miss and two still remain.
The one enmeshed in the Web struggles but cannot break free.

Balthazar misses. Lingo steps out of the building and kills one of the two blights left.

MikeD - The building is closed up tight. Door is closed and windows are shuttered. It is well maintained so not a crumbling shell like many of the other buildings, so no way to see in from the outside.)
With the last of the twitchy plants taken out, his main concern was the 'noise' that Balthazar had heard in the building.
A quick look and it was clear that someone ... or some =thing= had gone to some trouble to close up the building. And that implied a someone to him. He moved to the door, gave a knock. "Anyone in there", he called, then tried to open the door.

He looks at the others. Once he gets the hint that there might be something going on at #4. He nods towards it as if they should investigate. He keeps his weapon out though. This area has been less than friendly.
