Since you stood up last turn to look around for everyone you would have your full move. So you could move up to Lumimorn, or up to 10 feet past him if you choose.)

Bern and Balthazar are a turn behind after delaying moving two turns ago. The sounds of the waterfall from up ahead get louder as you approach the bridge above you.
