I'd like to raise one isse here just for the future so we know what to do - though of course we could have this conversation in character. A number of our group elected to stay in the ruins overnight. Cesare has no problem with folks doing just what they want, especially if they aren't harming anyone! However, what if one or two of the group had been kidnapped? At what point should we be checking or getting concerned? The only reason (possibly apart from Bekkah & Celi telling us otherwise ) we are not worried is that we can all see from the thread that our companions are fine.

I'd figure most folks wouldn't start to worry until missing people didn't show up for dinner, as everyone was off doing their own thing during the day. However, concern might set in for some if one of those missing people is Romana, especially if any sort of delicious pastries are involved... and most especially if Romana, lover of soft feathery beds, is still MIA when the gates are closed.

Mikal MIGHT get concerned -- or he might not -- if his boss didn't show up before the gates were closed for the night.

Bekkah just worries about Dazi all the time.

I'm with Gypsy. Dealing with it in character is fine. Bekkah had no idea they were staying all night so once she gets back to the inn and realizes they aren't there then she'd probably risk going outside to find them especially after the lecture the night before about going out after dark.

So as soon as she gets to the inn and finds nobody and it's well after dark, then off she goes.

Had assumed it was just Mikal with Longtooth for company and Darian and Cesare were spending time together relaxing.

What he plans to do at the gate depends on his past experience. Will they let him in and out if they know him or is it that once the gate is locked, it is never re-opened until the morning? In the latter case, does he know any good spots where he can climb in and out of the city, or is his only option negotiating with the gate guard?
