You could, or we all could. I just peeked at the rules, and the tiebreaker rules are not really stated for anything other than Round 1.
Tie Breaker rules for Round 1
If there is a tie for winner on Round 1 of a game, the next dealer will be determined as follows:
- If the winner of Round 25 wasn't the overall game winner, that person will deal Round 2. (Since they got to skate on the deal before.)
If the game winner was also the winner of Round 25:
- Person with the higher overall score from the prior game gets the deal.
If there's a tie there:
- Person who dealt least recently in the prior game gets the deal.
It only has a tiebreaker for the first round of a new game, where the previous game Round 25 winner gets tagged (whether or not they were one of the two tied?)
And then it refers to "highest overall score from the previous game" as the tiebreaker, followed by whoever dealt least recently.
This seems consistent with Rounds 2 and onward, using a "highest score from previous rounds" first and "less recently" backup tiebreaker. The rules also reference Fictionary so probably relied on everyone using the same tiebreakers in that game, which has since been archived.
