Wow, I actually remember that movie.

I know the leading man opposite Audrey but I'm hoping we can get more recent movies if I note that Walter Matthau also starred in it.

Recent movies... whenever I do recent ones (unless it is a superhero movie) the chain dies smile Does that mean my taste in movies is bad?

But I remember Walter saying....HELLO, DOLLY!

By the way, I am a HUGE Matthau fan. Totally under-utilized actor!

I'm fond of movie-musicals, so of course you hit my sweet spot. And Disney acquiring the rights was awesome. Can I use the music from Hello Dolly to jump straight to Wall-E? No? I guess I need an actor.

It was fun seeing Michael Crawford act, but I can't recall any other movies he was in (although I can name a musical!), so perhaps I should pick Barbra Streisand instead. (No, she wasn't in Wall-E.)

yes, William holden was older actor

Robert loggia was the character actor(which would have led to Big or Scarface or independence day and officer and a gentleman)

Babs was in Meet the Fockers.

Hmm, well in honour of Voyagers---coming to a cinema near you soon (probably)---I give you Limitless, a movie by the same director.

Gene Hackman got one too. I do miss him as an actor. He retired so early! But he insists he doesn't miss it.

Cate's been in so much stuff... I'll be safe yet adventurous with this one. Middle-earth yes, but the lesser watched or lauded The Desolation of Smaug.

Fast & Furious 7

And as spring comes and we see a road out of this weird, unsettling time in our lives, maybe the Fast Furious Family have something to tell us?

I was picking Vin. As in, perhaps you might find another movie this actor may have taken root in.

Although I could pick a rock instead of a tree if you preferred.

I can go with Vin. smile

The Chronicles of Riddick

And is now a good time to complain about the naming conventions for new films (and video games!)?

Film 1. Pitch Black (Good name, on the money)
Film 2. The Chronicles of Riddick (Dodgy name! Sounds like a hillbilly version of Narnia)
Film 3. Riddick (They aren't even trying now!)
