The plan is called Couch-to-5K (C25K)

But that was when I was in collage ... coming up on 50 years ago <sigh> I did a bit of 'bike riding' when I moved here (to Ft. Wayne IN). But after about $200 in replacement tires from all the ... 'crap' on the streets, I decided to 'park my bike' <sigh>
I still miss it thought :-/

It's an integral part of the game since that's where we maintain the character sheets. It also provides a secondary means of communication, we just don't use it because it's been wonky. Since Mike, your setup is the weak link, let's you and I find something that works before the next online session. We can try to use Discord, Roll20, Zoom - and even the telephone. I think that'll work right?
