Don's First Roll: Don rolled d6,d6,d6,d6,d6 and got 5, 4, 1, 4, 3
Don's Second Roll: can't use the 4s ot the 3 so I am keeping 1 five: re-rolling 4, 1, 4, 3 Don rolled d6,d6,d6,d6 and got 4, 5, 1, 1
Don's Third Roll: keeping 2 fives: re-rolling 4, 1, 1 Don rolled d6,d6,d6 and got 6, 4, 6
Final Throw was 5, 5, 6, 4, 6. And my bad luck with wilds continues. At least it's enough to steal the five tile for 20 points. | | | | Joined: May 2000 Posts: 27,970 Member | Member Joined: May 2000 Posts: 27,970 | Don’s Free For All turn 2Movement: I started on 12 and rolled a 5 which lands me on wild one, where anything goes. Don's First Roll: Don rolled d6,d6,d6,d6,d6 and got 5, 1, 5, 1, 1 I have the full house and I have ones so only choice seems to be to try and upgrade my 2 fives. Don's Second Roll: keeping 2 fives: re-rolling 1,1,1 Don rolled d6,d6,d6 and got 1, 5, 3
Don's Third Roll: keeping 3 fives: re-rolling 1,3 Don rolled d6,d6 and got 3, 4
Final Throw was 5, 5, 5, 3, 4. Which upgrades my five tile to 30 points moves me back to 12 and gives me another roll. | | | | Joined: May 2000 Posts: 27,970 Member | Member Joined: May 2000 Posts: 27,970 | Don’s Free For All turn 3Movement: I started on 12 and rolled a 4 which lands me on 16 and Weez's Four of a Kind. Don's First Roll: Don rolled d6,d6,d6,d6,d6 and got 5, 3, 5, 6, 4
Don's Second Roll: keeping 2 fives: re-rolling 3,6,4 Don rolled d6,d6,d6 and got 5, 4, 6
Don's Third Roll: keeping 3 fives: re-rolling 4,6 Don rolled d6,d6 and got 2, 3
Final Throw was 5, 5, 5, 2, 3 which doesn't steal the Four of a Kind Tile and ends my game. | | | | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 46,267 Member | Member Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 46,267 | Don, on your first turn, couldn't you have gone for the Chance tile? | | | | Joined: May 2000 Posts: 27,970 Member | Member Joined: May 2000 Posts: 27,970 | You're right. On the second turn I had 23 on the first roll. I just didn't see the Chance possibility. It would have made more sense than trying to upgrade fives. 60 vs 10 points. We'll have to see what Jill says. In meantime I won't finalize my last two rolls. | | | | Joined: May 2000 Posts: 80,333 Likes: 75 Wizop Administrator | OP Wizop Administrator Joined: May 2000 Posts: 80,333 Likes: 75 | I think your first choice should stand as the next two turns depend on where you ended up on turn 1. Sorry Don. And could you redo turns 2 & 3 into the format of turn 1. It is hard to follow upsidedown, with no destination stated and no result concluded, thanks! | | | | Joined: May 2000 Posts: 27,970 Member | Member Joined: May 2000 Posts: 27,970 | Actually I was thinking of the second roll not the first one but you are right. If I didn't see it, I didn't see it. All done. now. | | | | Joined: May 2000 Posts: 80,333 Likes: 75 Wizop Administrator | OP Wizop Administrator Joined: May 2000 Posts: 80,333 Likes: 75 | Thanks! | | | | Joined: May 2000 Posts: 80,333 Likes: 75 Wizop Administrator | OP Wizop Administrator Joined: May 2000 Posts: 80,333 Likes: 75 | Weez, your turn for Free For All | | | | Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 22,099 Likes: 3 Moderator | Moderator Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 22,099 Likes: 3 | Gypsy, your rolls are cleared. Move RollI got a 5 so I moved from spot 14 to spot 3 where Gypsy's small straight tile is sitting. Yahtzee Rolls1st Roll -- 4 2 6 1 4 -- Doesn't look much like a straight. Rerolling 4 6 2nd Roll -- 1 2 4 6 6 -- That doesn't help. Rerolling 6 6 3rd Roll -- 1 2 4 6 4 -- I feel like I should have rerolled everything for the 2nd roll. Ah well. That was a boring end for me. I'm sure Gypsy is happy about that though. Nope - and I knew someone would ask because I spotted it and checked myself! grin One game, Game 18, you and Exeter tied for first place so you both got credited with an individual win but it is still only ONE victory for the boys! lol Weez and I are still supreme.. but maybe not for much longer So shouldn't the score be even now? | | | | Joined: May 2000 Posts: 80,333 Likes: 75 Wizop Administrator | OP Wizop Administrator Joined: May 2000 Posts: 80,333 Likes: 75 | Nope! If you look at the results we have played 23 now, 12 to the girls and 11 to the boys! | | |
