(OOC - coins are generally 50 to the pound and we are using the standard Lifting and Carrying rules which means you can carry 15x your Str score in pounds before having trouble. That equates to roughly 150 pounds, with an average Str of 10. If you take off 25 pounds for equipment, it leaves you roughly able to carry just north of 6k coins each. So I don't think it'll be an issue.) wink

(OOC That was my thought. I just didn't want know the exact conversion. In the old days 10 coins were a pound which adds up quickly.)

[[ Hmmmm ... I had not recalled the 'lightness' of the new coins either! All told, excluding the sword, we are talking about less then 10 pounds <chuckle> I don't see any need to worry about taking the valuables <g> Shall we 'evaluate' the gems and 'divvy' things up now? ]]

[OOC: That would make sense to me... Ryssa only has a strength of 10. She'd take her share of the coins, but the potions should go to whomever would be most benefitted by them.]

[[ so can anyone =not= carry an extra pound and a half? If no one has a problem, we can diffy up the coin with everyone getting 62gp. Then we have the potions and the scroll to allocate ]]

[OOC: Ryssa isn't close to being encumbered yet. Has everything been passed upward to the top level? If so, she'll taste the potions. If the scroll is arcane, Balthazar should have it. If divine, she'll take it.]

[OOC: Added 62gp to Ryssa's wealth. Also, earlier I said her strength was just 10... I just noticed it's not 10, it's 12. Would Ryssa need a roll of any kind to make sure she could decipher the scroll?]

(OOC - Nope. Already mentioned the Scroll was Augury. You just need to give it to someone. New rules are anyone can use a Scroll. You also need to divvy up the potions.)

[[ assuming someone can figure out that they are healing <weg> ... we should give them to people that cannot cast healing. That lets Bern and Ryssa out <g> ]]

<Bern>

Seeing that things had been sorted out here, it seemed like it was time to move on. "Which way next", he asked. "I think I know Ryssa's druthers", he said with a grin.
