He takes the man's hand, shaking it. "I am Balthazar. A pleasure to meet you." he said, making note of the name Linene and the Lionshield Coster. "Lets head back inside and settle up then."
Extending his hand, he smiled. "Bern at your service."
When he mentioned the owner of the additional items, he nodded. "We recovered them from some Goblins that, apparently, have been raiding the road for some time. They will not be raiding again", he said with a bit of a wicked grin. "Returning these items to the proper owner is what we had hoped to do. Thank you for that information."
"My thanks for the information," Ryssa said with a smile, turning her head out of long habit so that her right profile was predominately turned toward him.
He felt out of sorts in such an urban environment. It wasn't that he hadn't spent time in towns, it was more like he didn't like them as much as he did the wild. He watched the others and listened. He still had need of trade and the wares were something to consider, even if his own gear still worked. He remained quiet just waiting for the deal to be done.
Elmar shakes hands with Balthazar and Bern, nodding appreciatively at Bern's news. "That is good news indeed. I bet that will get you a free round of drinks at the inn."
He re-enters the shop and moving behind the counter he bends down behind it for a minute or two. Coming back up he stacks up 10 GP for each of you. He turns to the clerk behind the counter with him, "Thistle, take Ander and go outside and unload the wagon. Leave all the crates for the Coster on it." He turns back to you. "After you drop off the crates at Linene's you can leave the wagon and ox with her. Tell her they're mine and she'll bring them back around for me."
He points at the stacks of coins. "As agreed with Gundren. But tell me, I had expected to see the dwarf. And honestly I'd thought he'd get here before his supply wagon. Where is he?"
He nods. "We can help with the unload", he offers and grabs a crate.
"We are still looking for Rockseeker", he says as he begins carrying a crate. "He got himself taken by the goblins before we got there. We will begin looking for him as soon as we finish here."
He looks saddened by the news of Gundren. "That is a shame. I had hoped his discovery of the Mine of Phandelver's Pact would help this town grow. Things have been hard on everyone, and not just because of the mining."
He pauses.
"Oh, as I recall Gundren's brothers, Nundro and Tharden are camped somewhere outside town. I expect them to stop back in for supplies any day now. I haven't seen them in a tenday or so."
(OOC - Neptune - Our posts crossed. He mentioned the in above Lingo's post.)
"When you see the brothers, can you tell them that Gundren is missing and that we are going to be trying to track down his kidnapers. If we get him back, perhaps that will get things back on track for you."
Seeing a crate come in and the gold being stacked up, the dragonborn moves into action. Carrying crates gives him something to do rather than just standing around watching everyone. He offers "I can help unload as well." He does just that.

He lets the muscle bound ones help with the unloading and looks around the shop instead, enjoying a few moments of peaceful contemplation of prices and goods.
Looking around the shop, and talking to the clerks, Balthazar finds the shop contains almost any type of non-weapon and non-armour equipment he can think of, with the exception of items that cost more than 25gp.
Hearing Lingo's question, Elmar points up the road. "The Stonehill Inn is the only place in town for drinks and rooms. Just up the street."
He nods to Bern. "It'd be good to free him if he's been taken. I know his brothers will want to know so I will pass it along to them whenever they come in. However I don't think that will help business. That's not the problem."
"The Redbrands are making it tough on everyone. They shake down the local businesses, flout the Townmaster's authority. They strut about like they own the place." He shrugs. "I'd love to see this place get back to what it once was long ago, and Gundren's find of the mine was a good start. But with them around who knows what'll happen."
"A bunch of ruffians. Cause lots of trouble. No one will stand up to them. They hang out at the Sleeping Giant. That's a run down Tap House at the edge of town."
He frowned at the explanation of The Redbands. He offers an unsolicited opinion "sounds like something I could get behind. Evil can be stopped therefore it should be." He continued carrying crates.
He gives Luminmorn a nod backed up by an evil grin. "Just as soon as we finish here", he says as he hoists another crate onto his shoulder, "and Linene's, we can stop by the Sleeping Giant and see what's what."
[OOC: Fine with moving on. Sooner we do, the sooner Luminmorn gets to get thump bad guys heads. Not normally his only modius operandi, but Redbander's need to be beat down. ]
