The votes have been counted. The arguments have been endured. The hot cocoa has gone cold. And after reviewing the eight submissions to our SM:BND ACRO Challenge, the Daily Bugle is pleased to announce our winner: MIALES! SM:BND Seriously Miscalculated: But Nobody Died (Wile E Coyote's standard for success) Yes. That is the winner. I'll admit it: it's clever. In fance you could say it is rather Wily. Meep Meep! Out of eight submissions, this entry managed to take SM:BND letters that have been unfairly hijacked by a certain masked, wall crawling menace and turn them into something completely new instead of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. And, most importantly... IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SPIDER-MAN! For that alone, the winner deserves our congratulations. To everyone who entered: thank you. Every submission brought something different to the challenge, and you've proven what the Bugle has known all along: New York has plenty of imagination.
