The votes are in. The results have been tallied. And the winner of Round 24 is...
Well, it depends on how you define winner.
Mina had a 1-point lead going into the round, and could have put the game away with a strong showing, but only gained a 4-point advantage over the nearest rivals, including me (who couldn't earn points this round), and Miales and Maiden who were two of three players tied at 11 points, matching my score headed into the final round. Baron was also part of the three-way tie, but was a few points behind, thus eliminated by the first tiebreaker and still within striking distance.
Miales and Mina moved on to the second-level tiebreaker, that being who dealt less recently. This means Maiden will deal Round 25 and will have no chance of catching Mina, while Miales and I will go head-to-head hoping to outscore both each other, and Mina by 4 or more points.
Ironically, Maiden's acro talked about catching up to Aqua... which she did. But only for a round (unless I score 0 points which is entirely possible.)
