I'm going to start using publicly downloadable games from the podcast that inspired me to create Escape the Dream. They are free (you choose what to pay) to use with "friends" which I consider the DL crew. However, forums without that bit are publicly searchable and I don't feel I'm following the spirit of the licensing by reposting their content for public archival. Can you flip the bit that requires the adult opt-in for "Escape the Dream"? It'll still be PG content, and I have permission to use the content I'm using, I'm just exercising an abundance of caution.
