A flutter of wings echoes through the castle corridors…

Late in the evening, just as the candles begin to drift sleepily beneath the enchanted ceiling of the Great Hall, a tawny owl swoops dramatically through an open window carrying a stack of emerald-green invitations tied with silver ribbon.

One lands directly in front of various students gathered in the Great Hall.

The parchment smells faintly of ink, old books, and just the tiniest trace of Floo powder.

When opened, shimmering letters appear across the page:

The spiders are fleeing.
