I think it has been easily almost two years since my last deal (scoresperson can check that, I am sure.) I'm going back ... My restaurant days we had to control inventory to make sure that we didn't waste a lot of food, and always had afe and freh served. In order to do that there's a system called FIFO ... First In First out. But here, it means something else completely different (a taste of Monty Python there). And it's your job to tell us what.
