Argus has to take a point sometime, and now is as good a time as any. He takes Row 2.

Alduin lands on the new Row 2, so it really didn't matter which 1-point row Argus picked.

Gypsy and Weez fill up Row 3 and AJ does the same on Row 4.

The 62 is the only guaranteed safe card, the only option on Row 1. Row 2 is completely unplayable. And anything over 66 is likely to take those points.

Not surprisingly, everybody ducks under Row 1, with Alduin leading the charge to take that 1 point he left for himself on Row 4. Everyone else follows along.

There are now no safe plays...

Gypsy leads the charge for the three players going under Row 1, taking 4 points for Row 3 while Alduin and AJ follow along.

Argus and Weez play high enough above the old Row 1 to hope to avoid the 5 points, but Argus claims them.
