Well I am thinking another bard level for Sindar. The trick is another point in an ability, like say Cha, to increase DCs, or a Feat.

I think I will ask the Grognards for 5E, suggestions?

Oh and a whine, DnD Beyond cheats. Go from 45 to 46 HP, that sucks! /Whine done.

Usually it depends on whether you are at an even of odd number in the stat you want to raise. There are a number of feats that will give you some abilities and a +1 to a stat, so if your stat is odd that is usually the best way to go. If your stat is even then you need to bump it up 2 to get the benefit so usually do that. At least until you hit a 20 in your Prime stat. Then there's more benefit to taking a Feat. Oh, and Zhu's HPs balances yours. Got max#.

If it is already 19 then I'd find a Feat that will bump the CHA by +1 as well as give you other benefits. There are some. If you go to the Character Builder in Beyond you can look at the list and choose one.

Unless our co-DMs rule differently, you can't take the New (2024) Spell Sniper, only the Legacy (2014) Spell Sniper Feat. The Legacy Feat does NOT provide a +1 to CHA so that one is likely out of the running. Some other Feats (that should be allowable) that offer +1 to CHA are:

- Fey Touched: Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
You learn the misty step spell and one 1st-level spell of your choice. The 1st-level spell must be from the divination or enchantment school of magic. You can cast each of these spells without expending a spell slot. Once you cast either of these spells in this way, you can’t cast that spell in this way again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast these spells using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. The spells’ spellcasting ability is the ability increased by this feat.

- Shadow Touched: Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
You learn the invisibility spell and one 1st-level spell of your choice. The 1st-level spell must be from the illusion or necromancy school of magic. You can cast each of these spells without expending a spell slot. Once you cast either of these spells in this way, you can’t cast that spell in this way again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast these spells using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. The spells’ spellcasting ability is the ability increased by this feat.

- Telekenetic: Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
You learn the mage hand cantrip. You can cast it without verbal or somatic components, and you can make the spectral hand invisible. If you already know this spell, its range increases by 30 feet when you cast it. Its spellcasting ability is the ability increased by this feat.
As a bonus action, you can try to telekinetically shove one creature you can see within 30 feet of you. When you do so, the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + the ability modifier of the score increased by this feat) or be moved 5 feet toward you or away from you. A creature can willingly fail this save.

- Telepathic: Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
You can speak telepathically to any creature you can see within 60 feet of you. Your telepathic utterances are in a language you know, and the creature understands you only if it knows that language. Your communication doesn’t give the creature the ability to respond to you telepathically.
You can cast the detect thoughts spell, requiring no spell slot or components, and you must finish a long rest before you can cast it this way again. Your spellcasting ability for the spell is the ability increased by this feat. If you have spell slots of 2nd level or higher, you can cast this spell with them.

So these are the only ones that increase CHA and offer something beneficial. There are others that don't increase your stats that have some good benefits, but I'd wait on those for later.

So, I need to be clearer than I was earlier.

You cannot take any 2024 stuff in DnDBeyond.

I'll be carefully reviewing everything before we move on to make sure it's correct. There will be no blame or whining when things change. We'll work through it together. Maybe, at some point when things stabilize, we'll go 2024. But for now, we're stuck in the time warp known as 2014.

So, when you go to pick stuff (feats, classes, spells, items, etc.) be careful to make sure it's 2014 aka "Legacy". Of course, the 2024 selections fall first in the drop-downs. You have to scroll all the way down the selection list to find 2014 things.

There's a 2014 version of Spell sniper. Compare the two here:

So in 2024 you get the 1 point ASI and in 2014 you get the extra attacking cantrip.

Alternatively, without the feat, you can go to 20 in Charisma and add 1 to something like Constitution for your next ASI.

Leveled up Aubric. Took the Resilient Feat with Constitution, giving me a +1 to that score (useless for now) and proficiency on con saves (useful +3 on those rolls).

Still figuring out what additional spell to prepare but that can wait and/or change through RP.

I raised Zhu's CHA to 20 (she had taken the Alert Feat at pc creation time). Swapped out some Meta Magic and Spells and added a new spell.

AJ, I added the lightning runestone to Kriv. I also deleted about 400 arrows (you must've gone click happy) and got you down to 20. I promise not to track your arrows crazily.

You took the 2024 version of Elemental Adept. As stated above, the 2014 version does not provide a stat bump (you chose Intelligence). You need to adjust.

It didn't exactly give me a choice. Since the stat point is an odd number it is almost completely moot in any case: Long before it has any sort of relevance, all the 2024 kerfuffle will be long behind us, and it impacts no modifiers. We can take it as read it simply isn't there until the versions align.

It certainly didn't make the choice easy to find. See the 30 second clip to see how. You are, by default, pointed to the 2024 choices. You must scroll all the way down to find legacy (2014) choices.

Most of the feats now have a date in brackets (like "2024" or "2014") or the word "Legacy" next to it, at least as far as the Basic Rules Feats go. But in the drop down list there are headings and groupings for them and the Legacy ones are all the way at the bottom. There's a different view as well that is alphabetized, and there the Legacy Feat is right next to the new one but it says "Legacy".
