Levon
"Yeah. I need to return my stuff too. Why don't you gals give Henri and I yours and we'll run that errand. I don't need to shop. To me that's as fun as watching grass grow and paint dry. But if you happen to buy me a present when out there, I'll be sure to say thanks." he says with a wry grin.

Ian

Shopping sounded good to him. The training not so much. He was slightly envious of Skye and her sunglasses at the moment the medicine he took still not fully kicking in.

"If we don't have a match maybe today we should go over the competition. It wouldn't hurt and if we have any videos of them in action it'd be even better. We might see something that will help us out."

"That should also leave plenty of time for swimming and shopping."

Henri

Agreeing with Levon, he suggests, "Let's grab the costumes, meet up at the entrance of the dorms in 10 and head out?"

With his belly full of breakfast and feeling better for it, he is ready to take on the day.

Miranda

"Want me to come to the costume place? I would like to go with the shopping choice."

She's also like to spend time with Henri.

Levon
"Sounds good, mon ami. Meet at dorms in 10 then return costumes and whoever wants to shop, can."

{Skye}

Okay, despite trying to play it cool - Skye did have a hangover. Why was everyone moving so fast, she muttered to herself. Fine. She took another deep drink of coffee and another bite.

"Okay. Ten minutes." She nodded to Levon and then looked over to Emma. "Shopping after the boys drop last night's costumes off?" As Skye stood up and started walking back with Em and Miranda, as the boys dashed up ahead, she offered. "I really hope I didn't tear mine dancing. I'll pay you the damages back. But now -- dish on the night while we have a chance."

Ian

He wasn't feeling up to anything heavy today. The prospect of shopping was a relief.

"Sounds great to me." He looked down over to SKye and Emma. "So where are we headed shopping?"

Emma

Emma nods. "Sounds good. I have a bit of last night left over, and hoping a slow morning, and a good breakfast will help with it. Unless you guys need someone else to go return costumes?"

At Ian's question, she shrugged. "I am open. It's more an excuse to see what is in the town than look for anything specific."

Miranda

"Well I'd like to get a new swimming costume."

She stretches out a hand to Henri, wanting the contact. It seems clear that the two seem closer today.

Henri

He was about to run upstairs but stops momentarily to give Miranda's hand a squeeze and says, "Mon cheri, can't wait to see you in a swimsuit." Giving her a wink, he let's her hand go and adds, "Ok, I'm going to get my costume from my room and then we can get going."

Upstairs he had still kept the bag that he brought the costume in, so he quickly makes sure it is all there and roughly folds it back up figuring the proprietors will launder it at any rate.

Ian

Chuckling at Emma's comment. "Yeah true. Would be nice to see the town in the daylight."

As they left he called out to the girls, "Let me give my costume to Henri or Levon and I'll catch up with you."

He left with the boys and hurried back to his room to collect the costume. Once he was done he heads to Levon's room to drop it off.

Levon

Once they all have their costumes gathered, he tells the others,

"How's about I take care of the costumes and I'll give you a ring when I'm done I'll meet up with you all then. How's that?"

Miranda

"Sounds like a plan."

Henri

Changing his mind to stay with Miranda, Henri nods and hands over a bag with his costume in it. "Thanks Levon."

Levon

He gathered up the costumes and folded them neatly into a carrying bag and headed back to the costume store. When he arrived there he said, "Hello. I am returning these costumes."

Emma

As they set off for the shopping excursion, Emma looked around, hoping for something unexpected in terms of shopping. In the third shop, she found it. The perfect pieces for what would seem a rather nice and flirty outfit. The two-piece was nicely cut in royal blue and white. A see-through knee-length robe of various shades of blue ranging from pastel and blue-green to that vivid royal blue. White sandals, white framed over-sized sunglasses, and a large hat would help her channel her inner Audrey Hepburn.

"I think..." Emma says to herself, as her purchases are bagged up... "I think that I am ready to make an entrance at the pool."

{Skye}

She handed over the Ms. Scarlet costume to Levon with a mischievous wink before bouncing off with Em, Henri and Miranda.

Skye stood in the bright, airy shop flicking through the racks of swimsuits. Sunlight streamed through the large windows, casting patterns of light on the wooden floors. Emma, Miranda, and Henri, were scattered throughout the store, each absorbed in their own selection process.

“This one?” Skye held up a navy-blue one-piece with a plunging neckline, showing it to Emma, who was nearby inspecting a sunhat.

Emma tilted her head, her hair slipping over her shoulder. "It's cute! It has a bit of a retro vibe but still really flattering. Do you want something more, I don't know, bold?"

Skye shrugged, her black hair in a loose bun, “I’m trying to balance ‘beach casual’ with ‘not too much attention.’” She gave a small smile, biting her lip.

Miranda, who had a hand full of bikinis in varying neon colors, popped up beside them. “Boring! You should go for something that makes a statement.” She shoved a bright yellow bikini into Skye’s hands. “Try it. It’ll pop against your skin.”

Skye took it with a laugh, “Miranda, this thing is basically a highlighter.”

Miranda grinned. "Exactly. Stand out, babe."

Henri, the only guy in the group, wandered over with a smirk, holding a pair of patterned swim trunks. “If you’re going bold, you might as well go all in. How about a matching set for me?” He winked, holding up the trunks, which were splattered with tropical prints that clashed wonderfully with Miranda's neon selections.

Skye rolled her eyes, amused. "Please, if I go out in this, someone’s going to ask if I’m trying to get lost at sea and need rescue."

Emma laughed, tossing the sunhat aside. “Okay, okay, we’ll help you find something that’s you.” She stepped between Skye and the rack, flipping through swimsuits with a critical eye. "You like something simple but with a little edge, right?"

Skye nodded, glad that Emma knew her style so well. Emma always had a good eye for fashion.

Henri, having decided on his swim trunks, leaned against a pillar. "You should try them on. Let’s make a day of it. I’ll judge, and you can all judge my fashion choices. Deal?”

Miranda and Emma nodded enthusiastically. “Deal,” they chorused.

Skye grabbed a few more options, including a sleek Burberry black bikini and a deep emerald green one-piece with cut-outs at the sides. “Fine. But no laughing when I come out in the yellow one.”

“You’re going to look fabulous,” Miranda insisted, nudging her toward the changing rooms.

Skye took a breath as she walked into the changing room, the laughter of her friends echoing in the background. It felt good to have this kind of carefree moment, surrounded by people she trusted, even if they did have wildly different fashion tastes.

The Korean-American girl tried the series on -- but eventually went with the sleek black bikini. Classic - and sexy.

Ian

He followed the group quietly as they went to the shop. He knew what he wanted to do, but nerves were getting the better of him. Watching the four of them go into a shop he hung back, He already had a swimsuit he liked, but he wasn't sure it was one that was stylish.

Pealing off from the group he went through the myriad of options. Going through rack after rack. Realizing that the two racks were all his choices in comparison to the rest of the shop dedicated to women. He grinned sardonically as he filtered through the flowery prints. Near identical except for the colors. He never liked flower prints. He also hated how almost none of the shorts had pockets of any use. Glancing over to the others he ducked out of the store and headed to another shop he'd noticed on the way there.

Change of location was everything. He was able to relax and cruised through clothing until he finds his selections. A long five five pocket trunks with a print. But not a Hawaiian print and a shirt that seamlessly matched. Paying for his treasures he quickly headed back to the shop where the others were. Glancing inside he noticed that Skye seemed to be trying on several outfits judging from the pile of suits on the rack next to the changing room. Emma was just rejoining them after her purchases.

He though of his purchases and hoped they... well she liked them as much as he did. He'd surprised himself over the summer and went to an exposition with a few friends from home. He was pleasantly surprised at his reaction to the experience. Reaching into his pocket he took a pull from his vape. He slipped back inside then caught up with the rest.

"So find anything?" he asked as he came up to them his bag tucked under his arm and attempting to look casual.

Miranda

She was enjoying herself, teasing the girls and parading several outfits in front of Henri before finally deciding on a shiny green bikini.

Henri

Over by the section for men, he finds a pair of swim trunks with bold tropical prints. Seeing Ian nearby he comments about the day starting out being not too bad in that they are shopping with three good looking women parading around in bikini's.

Without a second thought on his choice he will wander back over to the women and will have fun pretending to be fashionista with an over-done French accent when he suggests a fashion show along with making comments about a particular suit they have in hand. With the three women modeling their bikini picks, the fashion show does eventually end. Watching Miranda leave with her cute butt barely covered in a green bikini, Henri lapses into a salacious daydream only to be startled upon her return with a gentle touch on his shoulder.

He will then follow the women to the till to pay. Second-thoughts spring to mind while waiting in the queue that the trunks are not exactly what he would normally get as the bold tropical print is quite loud, but it is more of a spurious sort of purchase and decides he might as well just go with it.

It seems Ian is ahead of the game with his own purchase done, and Henri is the last to pay for his trunks.

Shopping complete, the group set off back towards the campus, awaiting a call from Levon.

Levon
He whipped out his cell phone and called Skye. When she answered he greeted her. "Yo girl! You guys done splurging ore are you still emptying your purse? I can't wait to see what you bought to try and seduce me."

{Skye}

It had been a fun little diversion playing dress-up fashionistas. An Ian had even gotten into the scene - though he had found a shop more to his style Skye noted. Though she swore he was going off with Levon. The cell ringing surprised her - but of course it was Levon.

"Hey, Big Boy." She teased him back - thinking about his potential reaction to the bikini. "We're all settled up here and heading back. Thanks again for dropping the costumes off. Meet you at the pool...to show off some skin?"

Levon
"I'm into skin. See ya down there."
