Shattered City Shattered City is a war torn fantasy RPG. It takes place after a calamity great crystal shards have struck the planet and completely changed the environment. On top of that great wars and occupations have taken place. Into this landscape steps the players. The game uses the common Powered by the Apocalypse game mechanics as a base idea. But the twist is you don't just play lone PCs. You play great houses too and all facets in between. It is a comprehensive way of figuring out what is going on in the setting and telling all kinds of stories. One, a throwback to very old school that all character creation is random and out of the players' hands, they're generally underpowered and struggling to survive. And two, it's like... everyone create a planet.
