The dragonborn brought Talon to bear and struck a blow intended to fell his foe. He was no nonsense style fighter, only dodging and moving as necessary. Fighting was an economy of energy which he tried to do the best he was able.

He moves forward to get out of the line of fire from the hobgoblins north of him, and to get a better look into the room where Chandan is. He will then roll his flames past Chandan and into the owlbear hoping to burn it.

1 - Goblin8 is hidden. He rolled a 20 Stealth. Bern can't see him unless he uses his action to roll an active Perception check, and if he does he gets no attack. Plus Bern had to move further into the room to have LOS to even try to look for him so I moved him. So I will presume Bern chooses to attack the Owlbear and I will take the one hit Bern rolled on Goblin8 and apply it to the Owlbear (MikeD - tell me if you want to do something else).
2 - In order for Davroar to move the Sphere where he did he also needs to move further into the room, so I moved him.)
Bern steps into the room and lets an arrow fly into the Owlbear, which roars in anger as it is hit. Luminmorn plays his role as defensive wall, blocking the northern Hobgoblins from advancing against the party. He swings Talon and cuts deeply into the side of Hobgoblin4, killing it. Davroar rolls the Flaming Sphere over to the Owlbear (Round5 for the Sphere). The beast dodges the Sphere and avoids it's flames. Owlbear Dex Save Zeim rolled d20+1 and got 16Ryssa, Jaliera, Chandan, and Kriv can go. Note, for Jaliera, the only Goblin left is Goblin8. If you still want to do the readied action you posted above, against it, you would need to move into the room with Bern to have LOS. Otherwise, from where you are, your only target is Hobgoblin5. I left them on the map so you'd know where they were when the hid. I will mark them with a blue aura if they are hidden to better distinguish them.

One last hidden goblin. He patiently waited for it to break cover so he could torch it, or at least let it know that it was being watched and that hiding was futile.

No spear. No ki. Only the will to do good, and a bad smell. Especially his feet.
Chandan pits these against the owlbear, launching a tornado kick at it.
[Chandan hits, inflicing 20 damage
No joke. Two hits, one a crit. His smelly feet might be more dangerous than I imagined.]

She then attempts to hide near some rocks. Chandan, facing off against the Owlbear strikes at it with two roundhouse kicks, which both connect, staggering the monster. (OOC - Neal - Can you tell me why you rolled 4d4+4 damage for the second attack? If your normal damage is 1d4+4, then a crit would gain you 2d4+4. What is the other 2d4 for? For now I applied the 20 points.)Kriv readies an action, waiting for a Goblin to make an appearance. (AJ - Kriv has no chance of seeing, or attacking Goblin8 from where he is. It's on the other side of a wall from him. He would have to move all the way into the room, to the right of Davroar. That much movement is more than he has available this round, and still allow him to ready an action, so you might want to choose a different action?)We're still waiting for Ryssa. Status:

Knowing that her offensive abilities paled significantly when compared to those of her companions, the cleric of Lathander held her position, concentrating on another spell of healing, planning to use it if and when any of her friends was to be seriously injured.

Thanks. DMRyssa maintains her vigil, watching for signs of her companions taking severe wounds and ready to offer healing when it happens. It bites and slashes at the Monk, the bite hits once again but it's slashing claws miss. Again the old monk was seriously injured so Ryssa cast another healing spell from where she stood and was pleased to see his wound shine with a light green glow and start to close and scab over.
Then she moved up behind Davroar so she was in touch distance from three companions and readied a spell of healing.
Ryssa Healing Word -> Chandan: 1d4+7 = 11

So, a rules explanation here. Every pc has what is called a "Passive" Perception. It is equal to (10 + Wis Bonus + Prof Bonus (if you are Proficient in Perception)).
Using your Passive Perception is automatic. If your Passive Perception is higher than en enemy's Stealth roll to hide (in this case 18) then you spot them and can target them with an attack directly.
If your Passive Perception is not higher than their Stealth roll then you can't see them (automatically) and have to look for them.
Looking for them is an Action and takes an Active Perception roll. This is equal to d20 + Perception Modifier (which is Wis Bonus plus Proficiency Modifier if you are Proficient in Perception).
The downside of using your Action to look for them is if you do see them (say you roll > 18), then you can't attack them as you used your Action to look for them, unless you have a power that lets you take more than one action on a turn or you can use a Bonus Action.
So, in Bern's case above even if you had rolled > 18 on your active Perception check you could not have attacked the Goblin.
Bern missed so it doesn't matter, but I want to explain the rule again as it seems it's a difficult one for people to grasp.
This is why hiding is so powerful. You can't target what you can't see, and if you look for the hidden person you can't attack them, even if you see them.
The ONLY options for creatures like Goblins is to Ready an Action to attack them when they pop up out of hiding to attack (which makes them visible), OR to use an AOE spell that blankets the general area where you last saw them.
Luminmorn, Davroar, and Ryssa can go.
