Balthazar's Bolt of Fire destroys the Zombie by the door, and so on an impromptu plan the group decides to focus fire and tackle the remaining ones from left to right.
So, the group fires at #5, and while Luminmorn misses, everyone else hits and with Lingo's final Fire Bolt, it too collapses into a pile of ash.
Only three remain, and all are cowering in the corner so have no action. In order to expedite things, we will presume you can kill them all using this same tactic.
So, all are dead now. What do you do next? You see the common room of an inn, containing tables, chairs, and a bar along the right hand wall. Dust covers everything.

Lingo The halfling's antennae go up as he scours the common room in search of pretty things. Lingo Searches the common room perception Neptune rolled 1d20+3 and got 8
He let Lingo go in and search ... he was much better at it than Bern was. Instead, he was looking about outside. There were questions to be answered. Why were the undead in that building? Did someone manage to 'trap' then and then leave? Perhaps there were other problems awaiting them in other buildings. He kept an eye on them as well. Once this have been scoured for things useful, they could decide what was next.
Now that the first batch of undead were dealt with, the dragonborn said "so if you had zombies wandering around. Wouldn't it be nice if they would go inside of a stone building where you could cause the doors to stick? Anyone else think this might be the work of the druid?"
He watched Lingo work and wandered in to look around as well. He didn't think he was near as clever as the halfling for this kind of a thing. Yet he was curious none the less.
[OOC I did misread, that helped. Thanks. Is there an upstairs, or is this a single story? Heck are all the buildings of similar height?]
1 - Nep - Give Lingo an "Inspiration" point. Thanks for cleaning up the chart. I am in the middle of three different Global Project deployments as well as creating training slides to present on an upcoming business trip to Barcelona for 350+ Project Managers and barely have time to breathe.
2 - Pande - All buildings you can see are a single story, except the tower on top of the hill to the east, which is about 40 feet high. The tower rises another 40 feet above the ground.
3 - Lingo finds nothing other than tables, chairs, empty bottles and pewter and wooden mugs scattered about. All is covered in dust and the smell of yeast still permeates the air. There is a door in the western wall.
