That and somewhere along the lines I strained some muscles in my back making typing a painful thing. With luck I’ll be able to rest up and get back into the swing of things over the rest of the weekend. | | | | Joined: Sep 2000 Posts: 61,264 Likes: 3 Arssanguinus Moderator | Arssanguinus Moderator Joined: Sep 2000 Posts: 61,264 Likes: 3 | Is it still possible in the scale of things for Kadri to catch up with her sister at all before she leaves? | | | | Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 7,944 Sower of Insanity Moderator | Sower of Insanity Moderator Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 7,944 | Since the person who FREAKS OUT over time anomalies is on hiatus, I don't see why Kadri shouldn't get a chance to chat with her sister. Earlier in the DayAh, headers such as these can be a beautiful thing when they're not overused, eh? It was painful. (Sorry, Wolf dear... but it was.) All Heartwood related documents have been updated. All current players should check your stats sheets... your stats have changed! The document format has changed somewhat and should be easier to read. I hope. You tell me. Under the hood, I got rid of all the 1990s code and implemented the use of CSS. The Main Page is now HTML, not Flash. I may bring the animation back, but it will be with HTML5 and CSS, and maybe a dash of jQuery and Ajax. The file names and locations have not changed, so if you have anything bookmarked it's still exactly where you left it. If everything looks the same, you'll want to refresh the page and/or clear your cache. (I've semi-implied to some of my fellow ITS folks that I'm going to write a song called Clear Your Cache to the tune of Let It Go. We'll make the on-hold music for the Help Desk.) If you have any questions or problems with the public pages, lay 'em out here. If you have a question or problem with your personal character pages (stats, cult file, background file if applicable), PM me. Do check your stat sheets, please, and let me know (in PM!) if anything looks really out of whack. Although I had Super OCD Woman staring over my shoulder the entire time, I'm not perfect. (I know... you're all shocked.) This is the largest project I wanted to complete before returning. I'm getting there. But Wolf was overly optimistic (like... insanely) when he implied I'd be back in February. March looks possible, but I'm not promising anything. It still depends on stuff. I'm presuming now, if she wanted, she could probably update her equipment and, for example, carry more coin should she want.

I have a copy of the old one but no link to get to the new one. It took up about the same amount of volume of metal. PC sheet shows it as Broadsword.

And here I thought it was just my site misbehaving. I'll upload when I get home. Rest assured you no longer have a broadsword, and your short sword and main gauche are made of Darksteel. It's just a normal steel one. The rest is correct, thanks | | | | Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 7,944 Sower of Insanity Moderator | Sower of Insanity Moderator Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 7,944 | Lady Attera would smite Bekkah. Pretty sure you don't want that, what with her being all pious and such. I'm confused again, but it's probably because of the database cleanup I'm doing here. I'll fix all the things later. Very nice. I presume, from how I am reading it, that the seasons are of different lengths? i.e. It would appear that "Dry" is fairly short. | | | | Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 7,944 Sower of Insanity Moderator | Sower of Insanity Moderator Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 7,944 | Yes. I had first thought they were all the same length, even after reading all the background materials many, many times. Visuals are so important! Dry is the shortest season (6 weeks), Storm is not much longer (10 weeks), while Spring and Harvest are the longest (both being 17 weeks long). As steadfast as a unicorn is the common phrase used when referring to something unpredictable. A Dayalan would certainly say as steadfast as a white unicorn. (And anyone who has had the "pleasure" of meeting a Dayalan's unicorn might well do the same. Or not. Might be best to do so if said unicorn is standing close enough to mash your feet.)
