A hit location can only have a heal spell cast on it once per hour. This prevents folks from chain or group casting a heal 1 over and over to get the same effect as a heal 6.
The heal 1 most sword using folks have is designed to keep you from dying, not to get you back on your feet semi-instantly. That's what a Comfrey is for.

For example, unless under extenuating circumstances, if you ask a barkeep for a drink, you can expect to get your drink. That manner of normal interaction. She decided to give it another try. She rose, put an expression of solemn determination on her face, and headed back toward the innkeeper. *His* expression of relief, so full on his face when she had retreated, now turned guarded when she started back in his direction. That said, please do not post attitudes, opinions or other qualitative emotional states for the NPCs. What they are thinking as they do their jobs is in my domain. I know this is a fuzzy gray line, and I could have been more clear when I first put this forth, so in this case no foul, no fault. I just wanted to make this clear so it doesn't happen again! Thanks!

As one of you just found out occasionally I will ask permission to reference or use a character in a minor way to avoid a non-essential delay in the story and to be able to move on to a point where your actually have a real effect.
Whenever you see this occurring you can be assured that I always ask permission first of the player and explain, in general, why I am wishing this favor and what it in general entails.
If this happens to you, please remember you can always say no.
For example: You wish to talk to a Noble that one member of the party knows. I might ask if it is okay to use that player's connections to get past the Noble's Honor Guard and directly to the conversation with the Noble.
