Rushing to the fore, whilst summoning the mystic power of the Five Elements, Chandan focuses his opening attack on the nearest bugbear.

"Rip Tide Water Whip!!" He growls.

[Attempting experimental move!

Chandan spends 2 Ki points. Southern bugbear must Dex save vs DC 14.

On a success, it takes 10 bludgeoning damage.

On a failure, it takes 20 bludgeoning damage, is pulled 25 feet and is attacked again by Chandan unarmed for 7 damage. And then, because it's over the chasm, takes 10 falling damage (from 2d6). Phew! So that's what, 37 damage if it fails.]

The southern Bugbear is out of range (i.e. > 30 feet away from Chandan), so we'll do the Northern Bugbear.

Chandan lashes out with a rope of water which lashes at the Bugbear to the north, but fails to get a good grip when Chandan tries to pull it off it's feet.

Davroar is up, followed by Lumi.

He will conjure a flaming sphere behind the bugbear's back and roll it into the bugbear hoping to damage it, while at the same time this should provide more light for everyone else.

A Sphere of flame appears across the way and rolls onto the southernmost Bugbear, who dodges out of the way but is still burned somewhat.

The Sphere illuminates a large area on the other side of the gorge. You can now see the river that flows out of the west wall and disappears down into the gorge. You can see all of the space across the way except for the south-western most corner. About 25-30 feet behind the Bugbears is a stairway leading up to an empty landing. The depths of the gorge itself remains in darkness. No other foes are revealed.

Luminmorn is up.

It is updated. The big black blob is the chasm that you can't see into until somebody shines a light into it and looks down. Otherwise it is empty air between you and the other side.

If it's a big deal I will remove the 'blob'. Just note that until someone looks down there what is shown is not necessarily what is there. Also that it is a chasm, about 25 feet wide, and cannot be walked across.

A bolt of fire shoots from Ryssa's fingertip. The Bugbear tries to dodge it, but fails, and added to its prior damage it collapses in a heap. The room begins to smell of burnt fur.

The wounded Bugbear pulls a Javelin out of a quiver on it's back and hurls it at Lumi....., but the Javelin flies wide, smashing against the cavern wall.

In the meantime, three more Bugbears appear from below, having climbed up the ropes from the chasm. They are now on the ledge, and ready themselves for battle. (No attacks this round as it took them a double move to climb up.)

She had already sighted bugbear 2 with an arrow and even with the appearance of more, sees no reason to change her mind. She lets fly but does try to hide.

(OOC - Gypsy - I took a look at your pc sheet and I had thought everyone dipped their weapons into the Magical Green Flame to give them a +1, I don't see that +1 added to the bow attacks listed on Jaliera's sheet. If you dipped both your bow and your arrows you would actually get a +2, as Neptune pointed out earlier in this thread. A 15 misses. A 16 hits. So, presuming you did dip your bow you would hit. Please update your sheet for those +1s. As for the sneak damage, you must have Advantage on your attack or have an ally within 5' of the target to get it. You can use Whisper to distract the foe if you choose, or you can Hide before attacking to get your sneak damage. However if you hide before attacking then you will be revealed upon attacking. I will assume you used Whisper, but if you decide not to do so let me know and I will take away the extra damage.)
