She saw Chandan at the far end of the chamber, almost surrounded by enemies, and was most worried for the old monk's survival. She decided to attack the closest spider with another sacred flame spell before closing the distance between herself and Chandan.
Concentrating on the sacred flame, she murmured a prayer to the Morninglord.
Twirling his spear into offensive posture, Chandan is about to sell his life dearly---well, reasonably priced perhaps, if not a complete giveaway---when he topples as if struck by a bolt, gripping his chest with one hand, eyes boggling. Darkness drops suddenly on his vision like the final curtain with its ropes cut. The monk's luck might have run out, but his last thoughts are amicable. He could not have asked to die a better death, than in defence of good people.
[Thanks Nep. Probably best if you stick at it for now though, otherwise I'll have to familiarise myself with multiclass paladin/warlock dragonborn mechanics in the middle of combat. I don't play D&D 5E elsewhere so I might slow things down.]
DM Ryssa, seeing the danger that Jaliera was in, tried to kill the spider that was zeroing in on the young rogue. She rains down holy fire on it but the spider still moves after her attack. Luminmorn, facing danger on the wall, turns aside to finish off the spider attacking Jaliera too. His magical battle ax, Hew, strikes true and cleaves the spider. His next objective is to help Chandan out so he begins to make his way towards the fallen monk, even knowing the risk that he'll be struck.
The spider on the wall takes the opportunity to attack the paladin and it bikes Luminmorn in the back. Instead of cringing, the dragonborn reacts by spinning back momentarily and pointing his finger at the spider. Fire shoots out of that finger and that spider is immolated.
As Luminmorn passes into the room, the chamber is further illuminated. He sees, to his right, a dark elf crouched behind the dwarf at the table. He is holding a black staff in his hands and looks to use the dwarf as a shield. "Come no closer or the dwarf dies!" he calls out.

There was still one eight-legged threat in the corridor, so he endeavoured to deal with it post-haste.
Hearing a yell from the next room, he called out,
"If the dwarf dies, you live. Day after day, you will live, day after day you will envy his fate, day after day you will beg to join them in oblivion through what little would remain of your lips, teeth and tongue."

DM Kriv severely harms the lone spider remaining in the hallway but it is not dead yet.
Hearing the voice from the hall, the dwarf raises his head from the table and with a frail, raspy voice, one that underscores the rough treatment he has received, he calls out "Don't temp him! The Black Spider means business. He WILL kill me if you don't do what he says."
OOC: start of a new round... The spiders that had been attacking Chandan now turn their attention to Luminmorn. The are able to spin their webs again and both shoot gobs of webbing at the approaching dragonborn. One misses but the other spider's webbing entraps Luminmorn and he is held fast. In the hallway, the remaining spider tries to bite Kriv but misses.

The spider above Kriv looked the most damaged, but Chandan seemed to be more in need of help. Hopefully Kriv and the others there would be able to take it out. He had to try and take the pressure off Chandan. He took aim at the two spiders.
Bern Hoardbreaker vs s2&s5 MikeD rolled d20+9,d8+4,d20+9,d8+4 and got 18, 7, 23, 9
OOC: Both arrows hit. Neither spider dies. Chandan does not move but Luminmorn is trapped in webs and seems like the next victim of the spiders. Jaliera and Whisper go. If Jaliera manages to break out of the webs on her own, she can move away from the flaming sphere to avoid damage. Otherwise, she'll take damage from the sphere if she ends her turn there but will be free and able to move again.
As she sees that ball of flame coming closer, she panics, struggling hard, harder than she thought she could.
Jaliera Strength Gypsy rolled 1d20 and got 15
She breaks away and heads past the sphere, flattening herself against the wall to get past. Hoping to help Chandan, she casts a colour spray at the group around him.
**Watch that drow to my right Whisper. Tell me what he is doing.**
OOC: I had to look that up and it's an interesting answer:

You can't cast spells, and your ability to speak or take any action that requires hands is limited to the capabilities of your beast form. Transforming doesn't break your concentration on a spell you've already cast, however, or prevent you from taking actions that are part of a spell, such as call lightning, that you've already cast.
So you don't lose the spell and yes, you move the sphere with your bonus action. Note that the transformation takes an entire round action but you still have your move and bonus actions.
Thinking that he might be able to deceive the bug bears and the unseen drow, he will move his flame sphere out in front of Luminmorn to draw the bad guys attention to it as he shape changes into a giant spider keeping close to the colouring of the attacking spiders.
[ooc: Neptune with Davroar a druid from circle of the moon he gets the Combat Wild Shape ability, so the transformation can be done as a bonus action. I guess you can't do two bonus actions in a round, so I would rather do the quicker transformation as a bonus action (to avoid detection) and move the sphere in-lieu of his own move action. ]
Dugan - It would have to be in lieu of his Action Action You can't use your Move Action to take any other action like the way you CAN use your Action Action to do a double move.
As Zeim said, you can't do 2 bonus actions and there's no provision for moving the Flaming Sphere as a regular action. And to not be detected, you need to use a full action to use stealth.
1 - leave the Sphere where it is, cast a new spell (non-concentration), and shapechange as a Bonus Action, OR 2 - move the Sphere and use a regular Action to shapechange, OR 3 - get rid of the sphere, cast a new (concentration) spell, and then shapechange as a Bonus Action
in all cases you still get a Move Action but cannot hide.
DM Davroar moves the sphere and transforms into a spider, in an attempt to fool the bugbears. Chandan continues to lie still on the ground. The bugbears charge forward, ignoring the flaming sphere, and attack Jaliera and the now-bound Luminmorn. Jaliera is able to avoid the blow but Luminmorn, bound by webbing, is stuck hard by the morningstar wielded by the bugbear attacking him.
Bugbear-5 Attacks Luminmorn with advantage Neptune rolled 1d20+4,1d20+4,2d8+2 and got 22, 8, 16 Bugbear-4 Attacks Jaliera Neptune rolled 1d20+4,2d8+2 and got 13, 16 Status:
Ryssa finished off the last spider on the hallway wall with sacred fire and moments after she does, the room is filled with darkness. It douses all light, including the light that Davroar's flaming sphere emitted. Those in the hallway can see but not beyond the hallway. Those inside the darkness can see nothing, but you can all hear...
