This is the Lost Mines of Phandelver overland map, but totally revealed. You've been everywhere. You know most of this and because of your associations, you know at least a little about almost all of these places. You'll get to know more soon. But this is a good starting point of your geographical knowledge. You first met Gundren in Neverwinter, You've been in Thundertree (where you met Reidoth the druid) and both Bern and Davroar are very familiar with Neverwinter Wood. Jaliera is from Neverwinter. Kriv is from near Waterdeep (so was Ryssa and Luminmorn). Arus and Zhu are from elsewhere.

Knowledge of all these places is less widely known to you. They are places you may discover. This module expands even on this, but let's not rush. Unless you and Zhu are from elsewhere. Most recently, Arus was in Yartar, as he has revealed to Bern. You are in Triboar at the moment.
