Weez instantly puts herself in last place with 1 point.

To be fair, the 1-card is a guaranteed point anyway, so at least that's out of the way. She takes out Row 4.

Argus lands on the old Row 2 while everyone else piles on to the old row 3.

Wide open spaces at the low end of the board attract Argus and Weez on Row 1, and Gypsy on Row 2.

There are 8 spots to fill and everyone cooperates in spreading out to the available space. Gypsy has a guaranteed safe play on Row 1 with her 10 and takes it! AJ and Argus file onto Row 2 with very low risk plays. And Exeter and Weez find that Row 3 suits them.

With only one free spot on each of three rows, it's time for tactics!

In such a risky situation, having a sure 1-point bust is a good option, and Exeter gets a consolation prize for his bust two turns ago, collecting that point.

Weez boldly plays on the old Row 2, figuring everyone else will avoid the highest ponit row -- and her gambit is successful, creating a 14-point target for the next unlucky traveler.

Everyone else files on to the old Row 3, trying not to be second. Gypsy plays low enough to snag the first spot, and Argus doesn't play high enough to avoid 8 points. AJ follows behind with relief.

With every card between 22 and 99 carrying the risk of taking 14 points, there was ample incentive to play as high as possible for those stuck on the row -- or play below 22 taking a different risk for those who had that option.

Exeter and AJ both try to not be the second card on Row 2, perhaps thinking more than two players would go there. Alas, AJ arrives second and is stuck with 7 points,

On Row 3, the goal was not to be first, and everyone played in the 90's. Gypsy loses out to Argus by a single pip and collects 14 ponits, and Weez, who set up the high-point row last round, ends up with plenty of cushion.

Gypsy still ends up as the last player on Row 1 as the walkdown finally starts. Fortunately for her, Weez and Exeter play on Row 2 so she's not last overall, and doesn't have to take any points as she returns to the game (YAY!).

Two 4-point rows so if you play under 78 (which most of you will) be sure to specify which one you want to take!

Exeter finds that he drew the short straw for the last turn and is forced to take 5 points. It doesn't matter which row he picks as Argus, Gypsy, and AJ follow behind and Weez fills the last spot on either the old Row 1 or Row 2.

So, I made a mistake on the last two turns. Argus played 53 first and then 61, opposite the way I marked them. That means he has 5 fewer points and Exeter has 5 more points. Sorry about that!
