Aqua jauntily dances onto row 1 in the position he set up for himself last round.

Argus spies a great opportunity to dump his points loaded 22, slotting neatly onto row 2.

AJ & Exeter have a joint pact to try to fill row 3. They almost manage it!

Whilst Weez takes a risk with a high card, ditching it onto row 4!

All good.. but less spaces now, though in theory with enough of the right cards... ?

Exeter sees a sharp opportunity and jumps onto row 2, followed almost immediately by Aqua and Argus, keen to fill the row, which they do!

This is unfortunate news for AJ who might have hoped for 4 players to play below him. Not so. He takes 11 points

Weez however is not so obliging instead she slides sneakily into the last spot on row 3

Argus decides on a very crafty move, much to the shock of all of the others!

He busts row 2 for 3 points, funneling everyone onto an almost full new row 2!!

There is room for 2 only. AJ and Weez share a quick glance and charge to grab those last two spaces. Exeter has been left out in the cold forced to bust for a total of 5 points. I guess it could be worse

Aqua peeps around the corner, sees the dust has settled and saunters on behind Exeter.

Exeter decides that his least risky option is to bust. So he uses his 16 to bust row 1 for 3 small little points!

Almost everyone follows him.

Aqua however had other ideas and hoped for a safe opportunity to play his 90. It is Christmas. His wish was granted!

Again Exeter has the lowest card and looks for a bust, rows 1 an 4 being the obvious choices. He selects row 4 for 5 points.

Almost everyone else follows on happily

all apart from Argus. He now has to face the inevitability of playing his 102 and busting the new row 4 for 12 points! Ouch!
