Soot showed to make her report. The older cat Jezzabell was napping. Instead her lieutenant the young black met her own the porch. "What news do you bring?" The cat asked in a gruff way.

[OOC: Just intro rp. No need to summarize everything. Just need for Soot to see something towards the end.]

Soot paused to inspect a paw and do a quick lick or two on it for her face. Was that a piece of cobwebs on her whisker? Perhaps.

Satisfied that the offending piece of airy nothing was gone, she gave a succinct summary. "They are released. The others led, released, and dispersed them." She paused, "They organized even the dogs." Her voice held a faint bit of wonder at the display of her companions' talents.

The black cat nodded as if he had expected nothing less. "Good. I will tell Jezzabella later." The cat turned with a dismissive toss of her tail indicating the meeting was over.

ooc edited half... but who's counting? wink

Soot

Really?

"Have you seen the insides of a place like that before?" Her tone was curious. That it might be delaying one who thought a meeting was over obviously had not crossed her mind.

Soot remembered a circle with the bones of one of the People inside it and wondered.

Sable continued walking away. The meeting over as far as the haughty black cat was concerned.

Soot might just have seen a couple of hairs shift on his back at her question, but then again it could have been her imagination.

Soot wondered a bit more before wandering off herself. Her burden was gone for several sleeps as he often did. It was better that way since he made loud noises if he found her not guarding their lair.

Ooc I hope what ever she was to see was done wink

OOC Paft.

Soot

A bit nonplussed, the black cat headed for home. Sable and his reactions were interesting, but for the moment not as interesting as a brief hunt and finding a comfortable place for a sleep.

[OOC Sounds like a good place to stop this thread. I will announce in the OOC thread the next group one. Probably get it up in a few hours as in today (Sat) sometime or Sunday. If I am slow.]

OOC: Thanks. I have been trying to figure out what exactly I wanted to say with this thread, which I didn't express very well.

I also have to craft the opening of the main thread, and RL has been keeping me quite busy. I expect to get the scene crafted soonish. But probably later this week, but don't hold me to that.

ooc Nothing to worry about; a week had passed and I thought I'd send up a balloon.

OOC Keep me on task. That works for me.
