I quite liked it

I am always leery of things like this <sigh> I can't think of a single 'Prequel' that didn't 'detract' from the original :-/

It was fine, in a Disney, PG-13/12A homogeneously inoffensive type way.

No scenes where my heart soared or slumped tbh, and most definitely one moment of wtf!? at the end when the big bad was revealed.

If you have one of these weekly free ticket deals, then yes, I'd say go see it, otherwise wait for rental on Instant Video or Netflix, etc.

I (almost) always wait for NetFlix. Can't push 'pause' or enjoy a beer while in the theater <wink>

Yeah, but you don't live in IN where the liquor laws are stupid and / or archaic <sigh>

There is at least one in NW Indianapolis and one in Fort Wayne where wine can be consumed during a film.

We have mall theaters in the Detroit area with bars inside them and you are allowed, even encouraged, to take your drinks into the the theaters with you.

The last time I went to a Showcase cinema with a bar, I didn't make it out of the bar and into the screen to watch the film!

I actually enjoyed it quite a bit.

The actor does not look like Harrison Ford at all. Does not sound like him. That throws things off a bit.

However the story 'feeling' was nice.

I enjoyed it better than Rogue One.

I finally saw Solo and I agree with...



But then that describes just about every movie Ron Howard has directed.
