Jim may remember from way back when on one of his visits out, a few of us going to old town Pasadena to a pub to see a Celtic Band play. That original group, Highland Sun, is no longer together after Ian passed in 2008. Howard has managed to move forward and is still fiddling. He lives in Ireland now and has branched out into producing when he isn't being CTO of Symas Corp.

i remember us going to the pub and a band was playing and the name Highland Sun is familiar enough to tickle a memory. But I really didn't know anything about them since you were hosting us and I was following along.

This may have been the trip where we went out to Rodeo drive then down to the beach when the twins were little (4 or 5 I think).
