I think the main thing is be considerate and if it is reasonably clear that someone is standing with you, let them post before you run so far ahead they can't catch up.

this is the sub group aspect that you are seeing in the posts you believe violate the 24 hr rule- people in a group by themselves posting in rotation- and that is why they post the additions to their header.
