Sad news indeed <sigh> Yes has always been one of my favorite bands.
How many people (in all sorts of genres of music) first picked up a bass guitar after hearing his playing?
I think it was telling that he was the only member of Yes to have played on every album. So now 'they' have an awesome bass player up there for the band <wink>
Awww.. and Yes were one of my favourite bands in the 70s, particularly that track!
Always thought he was the second best bass player in rock, right (but not far) behind John Entwhistle. Now they're both gone. Very sad.
