(sigh) i didn't do much of a count. my head still hurt from last deal. i knew i was in trouble and saw that 1 and 2 had quite a few votes. i also didn't know/remember about breaking ties. Oh well. It is what it is though.

When there's a tie for 1st, the person with the most points on the overall scoresheet gets the next deal. So Mina just missed.

If there's still a tie, the deal goes to the person who dealt less recently.
