Football season is really a year round thing anymore. In the NFL we are currently in the first Free Agency period, and soon the Draft will be upon all of us fans.

UDFA stands for Un-Drafted Free Agent. It's what happens to all the potential players who are waiting to be drafted by pro teams but don't get the call during the 7 rounds of Draft Weekend. They are considered UDFA and are available for signing by teams after the Draft is over.
